Living Area
The living area is set up for lounging beneath the vaulted 12’ ceiling and whitewashed rafters. The room is highlighted by the views from a 9’ wide set of slider doors and 9’ wide series of casement windows that open to the veranda and lead to the pool and sundeck allowing the light and ocean's blues to fill the room and keep it airy. Art from the Caribbean with a spotlight on Exuma adds to the warm island charm.
After a day of outdoor activities, you may want to stream your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night in the cozy living area in front of the 65” flat-screen Smart TV. Or if you prefer, settle in one of the swivel chairs that turn toward the water and continue to enjoy the views.
Prop your feet up on the coffee table and settle in for a puzzle, book to read or a night of games. We have a collection of puzzles, books and games including Dominoes, Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Clue, cards, Jenga, ...

Dining Area
The dining area features a Pottery Barn table with seating for 6. The chandelier above and layered lighting in the great room sets the mood with just the right lighting. The intimate setting will have you sharing food and drink and playing games into the starlit hours.

Kitchen
A kitchen is always the center of gatherings. The open floor plan was purposefully laid out for effortless cooking while staying connected to conversations.The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry and tile work, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, quartz counters, plenty of indoor and outdoor dining ware, utensils, bar tools, cookware and pots/pans.
An 8’ island with seating for four and built in beverage refrigerator is the centerpiece for enjoying happy hour and easy serving throughout the day.
A 6’ sliding window opens to a seated bar railing under the veranda and looks towards views of the pool and Hoopers Bay.
